I believe this. Even now, there are online sites that don't show the R as an option when choosing parts, value..whatever.I saw this a couple days ago and was very tempted! However, the black is a no go for me.
Carmax must have entered it as a standard GT350! I did the KBB cash offer 4 days ago and was offered $44k from my local dealer. I have a 2016 tech pack with 13,000 miles!! How was I offered 1k more for my car (that has more miles) than an R??
KBB is on complete crack. They have the R valued at about $800 more than a non-R. Sign me up, I'll buy them all! It's going to be difficult to ask a premium (above book value) on 7200mi R. Those that are willing to pay a premium for the car will just look for one with less miles or brand new altogether - others will likely compare it to a brand new non R..
Looks like Kelley has it in the 40s.

For reference - you're asking $67k for a used 2016 with 7200mi. My new 2017 with 4mi was $72k.
Good luck, however. I'd love for the market to embrace $67k used.
I agree - But to an earlier point that was made — unless you’re trading in to a Ford dealer or selling yourself, used car dealers are likely looking at trade in book value, albeit in ignorance.KBB is on complete crack. They have the R valued at about $800 more than a non-R. Sign me up, I'll buy them all!
