Nice work

Thanks. Maybe later I will do the letter on the covers with a small paint brush. I did it on my 2011 and it's a pain in the azz

clear it, mask it decent, spray it and wipe off all the overspray with airbrush thinner and there's your letters

That will take out the wrinkle finish of the wrinkle paint. But I did think about that

I used syringes to get the paint in, very easy.

I actually believe I saw your post because I tried that first and the paint just kept dripping out of the syringe all over the place it was horrible. Lol.

My paint seemed like it was too thin. It was just falling out of the syringe without me even pressing the plunger. It made a mess for me. We need some notes. Lol

You can also use toothpicks- dip it in and when the tip of the toothpick touches the surface, the paint flows off. Time consuming but precise.

This is very similar to the method I used with small paintbrushes on my 2011 valve covers. Probably just do it again.

Congrats. You will be impressed, the clamps are kinda big but you can turn if needed. I have about 5k on mine and they have worn in nice.
