Good for you, I didn't get a chance to chime in my 2c, but I will always sit out a rain day, theres nothing to learn in the wet except the following:
1. Grip is about 20% of dry track
2. If you slide, you slide forever
3. If you happen to slide into the grass, then you will stop when you hit the wall:frusty:
4. Water and grime will get into your expensive suspension and brakes and rust it, not to mention all the grime that will get in every component
5. Water will get into the interior and make it smell like ass

:):) Guess you can tell I'm not a fan of running in the rain

Haha yeah Im not sold on how much you can learn on the rain. the few times I have done it the car was very unpredictable so I just drove slow lol.

If nothing else, what you can learn from a wet day might save you in the dry when you hit a small patch or two of somebody else's coolant or other fluid. But the necessarily more precise throttle control carries over into being able to balance the car on the throttle - or change its balance that way.

Firestarter - I think you'll recognize the location, and that lap ended up being 1:46 where the best that session was 1:40.5, Most of that extra time came from being about 20 mph slower afterward (and a full quarter of a g less than usual through T12).

The adhesive side to one of the GoPro sticky-mounts is slightly curved, and it seems to match up pretty close to helmet curvature. I've got a cheapie tether arrangement for the camera when it's on the helmet as well.

Driving in the rain on track is fun.

Especially when you have a roof, and windshield wipers.
