Can't forum post images from my own public albums

Hi,

Just tried linking a picture that's in one of my public albums to a forum post (like I've done a thousand times before). I hit the picture button, and paste the URL of the album pic into the popup window. However, it is coming up as an "X" and not showing the pic!

This is the URL of the picture that I'm trying to post:
