After so long, has anyone figured out the spring rate for Eibach pro-kit?
Several sources point out that they are not progressive. I had them with Koni yellow and think it's a little too stiff for DD. Knowing the spring rate would give me some idea about my ideal spring rate.

200/800

What are your Koni settings? It's pretty easy to get a bad ride with the wrong damper settings, even with softer springs.

About 1 quarter from soft for both front and rear. I have also experienced with higher damping settings, but found softer rebound gives me slightly better ride. I am not sure if softer damping always give better ride.

Not always, no.

I'd try going up a bit in front, to like 3/4-1 turn. It should help keep the car flatter overall. No matter what you're going to have a "sporty" ride, but the control of the body changes how harsh it feels.

Do you think lowering the car also has an adverse affect on the ride because of reduced suspension travel other than higher spring rate? I am actual considering switching back to stock height, with either my stock non-pp springs or a used set of pp springs.

Not unless the bumpstops are not adequately trimmed, or suspension bushings are not clocked. I know Eibach uses their bumpstops in their rates, but I would think you'd be better off trimming those too.

spring combo, SP089 with SP086

ALL BMR Springs are Linear Rate/Wound

BMR SP080 Performance Springs: 1/2" / .50" R
170lb/in Front
740lb/in Rear

BMR SP083 Handling Springs: 1.2" F / .50" R
300lb/in Front
980lb/in Rear

BMR SP086 Drag Springs: 1.2" F / .50" R
150lb/in Front
800lb/in Rear

BMR SP089 Minimal Drop Front Springs: .875" Drop
170lb/in
Will mixing SP089 with SP086 Work well? Where I live I am rubbing with my current springs Steeda Linear Ultra lights. I need more ground clearance and I plan on running 325/30r19 tires in the rear and 285/35r19 in the front on SVE gt350r repops 19x10 front 19x11 rear for street , and getting a drag setup. currently running full steeda stop the hop package.

Yes they work quite well, though being an EB the drag fronts will drop about 1" instead of 1.2". If you still want the minimum drop 089's, they'll lower the front around 0.7" for you. The Drag rears are SP088, fyi.

Steeda Ultra Light Linear definitely drop more than advertised , I needed to space mine up , tired of dragging everywhere.

Are you dragging at the very front or in the middle (like on speed bumps and such)?

speed bumps, high crown parking lot entrances, It seems like around here no one has lowered cars in mind.
