I installed the 17276 file... and still have the popup issue. Frankly, I can't really see any difference at all.

Am I missing something?

for those asking about the bluetooth disconnect issue with Android, with the newest 17276 it is gone!!!!!!!! rock solid connection for me, when I would drive to work (only a 5mi drive) it used to disconnect about 15 times in that short drive.

I actually never had the Wi-Fi connection prompt problem when I had 2.2 17194. Haven't really played around with it yet, I'll go out and blow the cobwebs off and play with it after work.

I did. And it shows the newest build number.
Hey 11th Cav... if you are trying to get from v3.0 (either build 17194 or 17276) back to version 2.2 with Gracenote working and no pop-ups, check out this procedure that a user on the F150 forum just posted:

https://www.f150forum.com/f118/howto-downgrade-sync3-v3-0-back-ford-official-v2-2-build-17011-a-398097/#post5522538

The procedure seems to have been heavily researched and is specifically for:
  • 2016 Model Year APIM (Shipped OEM with Sync3 v1.0)
  • Non-Navigation APIM
  • Upgrade path was as follows: v2.2-build_17011 -> v3.0-build_ 17194 -> v3.0-build_17276
I've spent hours trying to undo what I did by installing the mislabeled 17276, and with this new procedure, I was back at 2.2 (with no pop-ups and working Gracenote) in about 30 minutes.

I didnt know what was until today I noticed my BT wouldnt connect at times, I'd think not much of it and continue driving, until I noticed it does decide to not connect at times and im on 17194, and my edge with 2.2 would stay connected

WIFI popup fix

*You must have a WIFI network to connect to. I used my phone as a hotspot.

When WIFI window pops up:
1 Enable the hotspot on your phone (or be able to connect to a trusted wifi)
2 Touch view networks on screen
3 Connect to your hotspot/wifi SSID
4 Once connected goto Settings > General >Automatic System Updates
5 Press > Scan for Updates Now

Last checked for updates will show the current date and time. Thats it.

I'm confused by the wording of your post. Are you saying you are experiencing BT connection issues with the bootleg 3.0?
