Pretty easy to determine if you "NEED" this upgrade.

On an open inlet port of the blower, post throttle body but pre rotor pack, plumb in a mechanical vacuum gauge. If under WOT you measure any vacuum, your throttle body could use an upgrade.

What pulley do you run now? I'm on the 3.75 and wanna move to the 3.5 pulley, but didn't know if it was doable with just a BAP on 93. I'd like somewhere in the 725-800whp range. Didn't know if the BAP would be good enough once you start moving down in pulley sizes.
You will hit your octane limit before you reach your fuel pump limit. 93 is gonna be iffy with a 3.5, prob deal with a decent amount of knock and be pulling power.

I figured as much. Basically everyone I have seen running the 3.5 is either getting lucky with great fuel, running a mix, or on E85. Guess fuel system wouldn't hurt. I'll probably end up going with the Sai Li System. Seems hard to beat for the money. Sad part is, there are 2 E85 stations within 20 miles of me. One currently has the pumps shut off for some reason, the other always tested like E72

Same boat up here in CT, so I went with a 55 gallon drum I fill at a station 35min from my house. Last 3 full fillups.

Don't be fooled by guys running no timing and seeing no knock, doesn't mean they made their car any faster. e85 and octane booster guys yes, but there is only so much power to make on 93 octane.

Surprised more folks on here don't run methanol injection, the PCMs on these things have some really nice failsafes factory built in.

I've never even looked into methanol. This is the first supercharged car I have had. Haha. So it's all somewhat new to me! I know on 93 right now, i'm seeing the car adding anywhere between 2.5-3 degrees of timing ( assuming -knock is adding still )

I was just dynoed on Friday actually. I'm running the 6 rib setup with 3.25 pulley but only seeing 12.8 lbs of boost. It made 730rwho on E85. It seems a bit low to me but runs well.

Wow that sounds like belt slip. You should be 14+ psi on that pulley

On the streets on my boost gauge I'm seeing nearly 15psi but the dyno showed lower. I need a 10 rib!

Whats the process to make these bolt on? Someone mentioned needing to send in the head unit. Mine isn't installed on the car right now, so would be ideal time to do it.
