Hey everyone

My car is a 2017 GT mustang and been having some issues with it and it's at the dealership. How can I get help from the ford representative on this forum?

I don't think they are active here anymore. Do it the old fashioned way and call them at 800.392.FORD

The Ford reps who were/are here are the same ones that monitor all the forums. I spoke to the same one about my Explorer on another forum. So they are not Mustang specialists. Calling the number should yield the same results.

Yes, call the # and definitely get yourself hooked up with a Ford Regional Customer Service Rep. for your area. Explain your concerns in a PROFESSIONAL manner - bitching, screaming or cursing because of being pissed at the Dealer's short falls won't get you anywhere fast... The Rep will be on your side and will contact the Dealer to go over the concerns.

What's the issues?

Yes, he's in it .

Actually finding anything in that thread is next to impossible at this point , there should be 4-5 separate threads on it

1- This is how ford fixed it
2- This is how I fixed it
3- can't be fixed , lemon law / buyback
4 - this is what I think is causing the issue
5 - Fords sucks and I want to bash them
