hot restart

Anyone ever experience a problem with delayed starting. Letting the car sit for 5 minutes after driving and trying to restart. Almost like heat soak to a starter. Only happens after driving it for a while so it's warmed up, then park it for 5 or less minutes and then get back in to restart it. It will do nothing when I press the start button but will start after 2 or 3 seconds has passed. Otherwise the start button works perfect immediately starting when I press it. Thanks for any help!

big issue with the 2015s. lotta post about it back then.

I don't think it's an issue unless your engine is struggling to fire up.
If it's just delayed starting, it's programmed to be that way for whatever reasons.

Yes not struggling to start, just delayed compared to cold starts. Thanks for the feedback!

No never figured it out. Doesn't seem to do this anymore as weird as that is. Saw in another thread that it might be related to a bad solenoid though.
