Philips head screwdriver for height adjust.
For left / right:
Pull fender liner to get to 10mm forward inboard and 10mm on the end of the fender support bracket(where bumper fender and light meet at wheel arch. A built in wratchet type wrench is almost required to get in between to access the bracket bolt.
Harbor freight is your friend.
There is a third 10 mm above center of light on upper front bumper support.
Loosen all the 10 mm to force right or left. I had to use old wine bottle cork pieces cut to jam in front inboard light housing/bumper support, or at fender bracket.
Hope this helps.
Aiming wise I use a flat parking lot and side of building, just pull within 5 yards and mark the wall where the "split" is in each pattern, back up 20-50yards w wheels straight and see where marks wander to or if too high/low.
Aiming is subjective, in deer country round here I keep drivers side slight down and aimed more inboard/lane center away from oncoming traffic so I can run brights longer, and passenger side reaching further and down shoulder line.
