I have a paxton setup that I occasionally drive to work and sometimes on trips, I recently killed the stock converter and am hesitant to put a stock one back in... I will take the car to the strip some and would love to get into the 9s... Is a Circle D 4C going to kill my daily drivability??

A 4C will be perfect and just fine for daily driving.

Call circle D. They are real experts. They will explain it all to you and get as technical as you want. Tell them what you want to do with the car and follow their recommendation. Besides the stall speed you need to decide the converter size. Circle D recommended the 3c 258mm and I went with the 2C 258mm and I definitely wish I would have listened to Circle D and got the 3C.

I have a Circle D 4E converter that flashes to 5,000 rpm's. Car runs 11.40's in the 1/4 mile. It's also a great daily driver. I love a stalled auto on the street!

I just ordered the Circle D 2C converter 258 for my Whipple, what makes you regret your going 2C VS 3C?

I just wish the stall speed was higher that’s all. I just feel like the 2C left a lot on the table. Especially if you aren’t having traction problems.
