I'm not even sure why people keep spouting off opinions as facts, regardless of which design they prefer.

Agreed. The Roush parts don't do anything to help either, they make the car look more like an old guy's idea of a new 'hot rod' versus something that's actually good looking by standards beyond other owners of the same thing.
Completely Agree. Most Roush visual parts look ole timer imo. A nice piece here and there but for the most post meh. I buy a new car for it to be a new car, not a mocked up rehash of an older version.
I think the Roush bits totally improve an already good looking car. My 2 cents...I much preferred it to the 2018 when they were together...though it was stock...

Why? If Ford can make a 8,250 rpm flat plane crank Mustang for under 60k, I don't see any reason why they can't make a 7.0L V8 car for roughly the same price.
That doesn't mean they won't charge a bunch more as some
people will pay. Would be cool to make it optional in a stripper GT
with auto for about 40.

I'm not even sure why people keep spouting off opinions as facts, regardless of which design they prefer.
and in this case, no one could ever be right..........

Messed around in Photoshop with some facelift pics. Guess my '18 Mustang project will look like this - The front end is just perfect in that shot:

I've noticed with the 15' thru 17's the front gill LED's DRL's seem really dim compared to other cars with LED DRL's, (i.e Audi, Chevy, Dodge, Mercedes, etc etc etc.)

Has anyone that has seen the 2018 in person at some of the auto shows know if the new 2018 angular "gill" LED DRL's will be brighter than the current ones??

I wonder...

From what I recall, during one of the interviews from the Chicago auto show the Ford rep mentioned they will be doing a press track event for the 2018 at some point in the future. I am guessing it'll be at that point when more details about the car will come to light.

Does anyone remember when the power figures came out for the 2015? Since it seems like the 2018 is following a similar production schedule that may give us an idea of when to expect things.

Forum reaction to specs is "Meh." Some suggest that it would probably match the Hellcat in straight line performance (LOL)

Interesting, thanks for all that! If order banks are rumored to open in towards the end of June I'm sure people will be angry if they don't know the specs by then, but maybe we'll be waiting till July again.

They could tell you, but then they'd have to kill you.
