Deck Lid Scratched and Marked

Hi Folks,
I have scratches/marks on my rear deck lid (black gloss applique), is there anyway of removing them? they are fairly minor, I thought about using black T Cut polish? can anybody make any suggestions, anybody successfully removed scratches/marks:shrug:

Sounds like you also need a neat and tidy way to close your bootlid without having to touch the paint or the decklid itself...

Hi, yes I wondered about that product, then Halfords guys said they use the T Cut version, I will let you know how I get on and take some photos.
