Are they tuning your car too? Or setting you up with a remote tune from one of the other tuners out there?
Many tuners offer either the nGauge or SCT thingy mabob in the $550 range. So if they want to charge you more than that you might as well go with a remote tune

They have a dyno and the plan is for them to work with the manufacturer to get a good tune.
