Camshaft Replacement.

Finally getting around to putting the motor together and realized I am missing some information. Anybody have the camshaft r&i procedure handy? Looking mainly for the torque specs of the cam journal caps, cam placement, and vvt pulley installation torque specs. Of course none of which is on alldata.
