Isn't it the other way around? Both cars will get 30+ mpg on the highway. Eco will have a higher city mpg if you drive nicely.v6 Cheaper to maintain, and its the entry level trim.
Get the eco if:
A lot of highway driving (noticeably better mpg)
She wants to mod
I'm late to the thread but just gonna reiterate the main points for V6 (yeah I have one so i'm biased). Cheaper buy and maintenance and its bulletproof. Those were my reasoning for getting it new but I feel its more true when buying a used car.
