Any Display Configuration options for Carplay?

Carplay works fine for me, but there is something I would like to adjust, if possible.

When you have a song playing the title and controls are in the foreground, and pretty large. There is a barely there ghost image to the album art in the background.

Is there anything configurable about this, or is it just what it is? I would like to have the album art a bit brighter and clearer, if possible.

it is what it is for now, the only thing customizable is rearranging of icons
