I believe it's in tribute to the person mentioned on the design. And yes, I am hopeful we actually hear something Friday evening at a dinner where John Clor from Ford Performance comes out and does a presentation for the attendees. If nothing is shared, I will keep waiting!
Someone mentioned to me that it might be representative of the Detroit area Eastern Market murals, which are amazingly colorful and artistic, rather than a tribute image for the person.

Still waiting for more info on a couple things before I finalize my decision but I'd say it's likely as long as what I'm hearing is accurate. Also depends on ADM or lack thereof. I'm hearing it'll be limited production, how limited I'm not sure but could be GT350 levels. If I can't get a deal at MSRP or X-Plan I'll wait it out.
I think PP2 will be a 1LE competitor track package. Engine specs are the main missing pieces of info I'm waiting on. I've heard stuff from mild to crazy. 460-500. Could be one or two other interesting things too.
