new phase1 blower install but can't install software your server has been down

This sucks, we are ready to fire up the 2016 stang we just put the phase 1 blower on and your server has been down for a week with no eta when it will be fixed for the software install.

thanks to RPP tech people, got it done. Boy does this car ever pull.
