just curious as to what you guys are getting as a/f ratios. i have 16 gt with lund tune. intake and headers back exhaust. im not seeing any carbon on my tips which ive had in previous cars. my tips actually got a little bronze after the headers. im just going by af on the dash display. im seeing 13.9-14.1 at idle and 11.9 at wot. seems like they are inline for 93 octane tune. is the dash display accurate?

That's pretty much what I see. I often wondered the same thing.

Seems a bit rich at wot, especially after a tune...but maybe Lund does his tunes very conservatively.

I see high 11s low 12s stock, but I would imagine a max power tune would have that in the mid to high 12s even pushing 13.0

I dont have a tune but im similiar 13.9-14.2 idle but way different at wot. Mine goes down to zero for a second then runs up to around 5-6.

I actually just had a buddy behind be when I went WOT and he stated the rich fuel was intoxicating. So I began monitoring the A/F and it's the same at idle/normal driving 14-13.5. If I down shift and go WOT, I dip to 10.5. No Carbon, but apparently the exhaust is overpowering. I thought this was to rich. All I have is a Cat-back (FRPP Touring).

My thought was, since I have no Cold Air Intake, it's not pushing enough air through under this condition.

I would love to see more responses to this topic. Many of you are dog rich at WOT...that is hurting power but is safer for the motor.

That's correct, that is the reading on the display.

When we are running E10 ~12 is exactly where you want to be. That is a .85 lambda :headbang:

Most likely cat overtemp protection which enriches the mixture to cool the catalytic converters
