Wouldn't that be the dream, daily driving a vette and having a GT350 or better yet GT500 as a weekend car .
Nice C7. Though I'd daily a GT350 and have a new Z06 for the weekend.

Me, I'd give my left nut for a special-ordered C7 GS....more so than a GT350.

We took the mustang down to a Chevy dealer. Thought about trading it for a Vette. After a test drive. We decided to keep the stang. Our problem wasn’t with the styling or the performance. It was just fitting in the damn thing. At 6.4 and 270. I wasn’t comfortable sitting in the Vette. It was a gymnastic event getting in and out. Me and my wife are in our 50s. I don’t know how so many old guys are drawn to these cars.

They had Corvettes as young guys, had to sell them when they got married and had kids, now that the family is raised they want to go back to there youth, but like many of us old car lovers they can't afford to get back into the older ones, because of $$$ so they have to buy the new UGLY version of there dream car, look at all the Mustang lovers that are now stuck with the S550 Euro looking thing, real shame GM & Ford really messed up.:headbonk:

I can't fit in a C7 so I easily can rule out any Vette due to my height. If it doesn't have a back seat, I probably can't fit in it with legroom unless it's custom made.

A Corvette with a removable roof panel would be amazing. But I don't have Corvette money.

Not a big fan of that whole BATMOBILE look of the C7. It's a bit TOO much.

I traded in my base 2016 Mustang GT for a new 2017 Stingray 2LT a few days ago and I'm really starting to miss the Mustang. I didn't think I would since the C7 is better in nearly every way but that's to be expected from a car costing twice as much. I had a base GT with a tarted up interior and I loved that thing. It did everything I wanted while looking more than good and costing $30k. The whole package is just amazing and Ford did a fantastic job on branding. The vette does everything too well and a bit of excitement is lost because of that. Chevy tried making the base models special with the whole "Stingray" branding but it isn't as effective as the Mustangs branding. If finances allow, I'd love to get back into Mustang in the future. Wouldn't that be the dream, daily driving a vette and having a GT350 or better yet GT500 as a weekend car .
All subjective but I can’t imagine missing a gt over a c7 in any way besides maybe practicality.
I traded my base 15 gt for a 6gen SS camaro last year and haven’t missed the Stang in any way! I still love Mustang and the 18 gt is looking impressive so far.
Maybe the gt350 or 18 gt more for you for a best of both worlds.

That Vette interior looks like the mid-90's Mustangs.

Looks are subjective, but the interior definitely does not look like mid 90s or 2000s stang. Look at how the vetted interior contours to the driver. Along with the fact that it is made just for Left hand drive V.S. the mustangs raised dash on both ends.

I think the Z51 adds a lot more character to the C7.

I would trade to a new Z06 in a heart beat. I've been kicking the idea around for a few months now...

I love my mustang, eats Z06's alive from a roll and with all the BMR pieces I have I am sure it would walk one around the track too. Purely and ascetics move really. I think the new Z's are :eyebulge::headbang:

I am sure this urge will pass, but if it doesn't, keep an eye out for a huge part out :)

.

Am I the only one that has never liked the vette? They just look cheesy to me. I've driven C3, C4, C5 and C6 cars and while they could be fun to drive they just never did anything for me.
Meh. Corvette looks okay. Would rather have a ZL1 or a Nissan GT-R. My .02.
