I ran a 2:07.8 at the "stock" test at ECR in December. Last week I ran a 2:03.5 at ECR. Obviously the tires are the biggest gain, but the whole package is working well. Also to note te exhaust and Tune have given the car a bit more power since the "stock" test.

Thats a pretty significant chunk of lap time. But as you said, tires for sure make up 95% of that.
