I've had the X Spec low profile shifter installed on my car since yesterday, highly recommend it. Coming from a Barton after only 900 miles of use.

Awesome, Do you know if the Roush shifter ball will work with this?

You should have no problem, since it's the same thread size. My 350 knob fit no problem.

i would think the knob would stand out some as its designed for the lock out collar and the MGW is a push down for reverse lock out

you are correct but he can use our adapter collar to make it look proper.

MGW if I already have the standard version MGW shifter is it possible to just order the shorter shifter handle to get a lower shifter and slightly shorter throw? How much would this cost?

you would also need a stubby jam nut or one of our new stubby grippers to take the full effect....see the ( humorous video below....)

Hi George, haven't decided on which version but I am concrete on MGW. Do you recommend any shops out here in Ca for the install? I don't want to be the guinea pig.

Because we mainly sell direct we do not have a good network. You might have better luck asking in some local forums or clubs.

I can check with the girls in the sales office also and see if they have some performance shops they do a lot of business with.

Give julie a call next week if you like 706-793-1770
