For my ride doing this was worth every penny!

Although I prefer the AEM dry filter as opposed to the K&N.
Easy clean and reuse. Both good stuff.

Is the honeycomb grill really that restrictive? I do like that large intake but having to remove the bumper to do the install isn't something I'd like to mess with. Cutting and filing I think I can do well and fine.

Sub'd interested to see how this plays out. Also interested to see this with GT350 87mm TB only for the V8 as well

Youd need a custom intake manifold to run a 87mm tb. Its waaaay bigger than the hole in the intake. Probably hurt pkwer lol

Airaid makes a replacement tube for the GT and ECO. No plans to do it for the V6 though.

im gunna mock it up this weekend, and see about making a few tubes. because #cabonbling #highflow

So I will be revisiting this. Why? Because I will be deleting the PCV (keeps hot/oily air out of the plenum which DOES help performance) and a modular tube will clean up the engine bay (not so much for performance gains). I will be using smoothly bent 102mm I/C piping to replace the OE tube. The driver side breather will have a breather filter and the passenger side will be running to a catch can. Stay tuned!

Ok guys..im gunna start making parts to make carbon intake pipes for the stock airbox. Should pickup some flow, sound better amd look a whole lot better. $275 shipped in the us. Pm me if your interested
