Forgive me if this has already been floated out there....

I don't remember if I've mentioned this before but when I went to the Sebring track tour, one of the jobs of the crew was to go into the parking area and take pictures of the kinds of cars people were currently driving.

They're hard targeting customers of other makes with the GT350 program as a way of elevating the brand by association. So yeah, they're collecting this data at every turn. Signing up for the Track Attack, they ask you a few questions about your current cars and feelings about Ford.

They have several different days and sessions of the track tour. They are setup for dealers, owners, previous ford performance customers, and those driving comparable cars from other makes.

It is a marketing event just as much a reward for owners
