Just ordered a set of these for my car I don't even have yet just based off of all the reviews. Thanks Steeda!
Thank you! Best ground clearance and lightest one the market.

And ... you get the satisfaction of getting the lightest jacking rails on the market that allow the most ground clearance - the bar has been set!

How about a video to show us (or maybe just me ) on how to get the car on all 4 jack stands? I still don't have the :censored: to try it.:(

I have a few questions:

What exactly do those bolts hold together from the factory?

Is there any problem using the factory bolts where possible rather than the supplied ones?

How important is it to remove the seam sealer?

If I don't remove any sealer and it's not excessively thick, will that cause any issues?

The bolts do not hold anything from the factory - the rear holes are used for bracing on the convertible, the front holes may have been used for the vehicle on the assembly line.

The factory bolts are fine - we supplied a shorter bolt for weight savings.

The seam sealer may cause your jacking rails not to sit flush ... removing it aids in the ability to get them flush.

Let me know if I can help assist further.

Soooooo, I know myself and a bunch of guys have lifted all 4 wheels off the ground with these. Disclaimer, by no fault of the jacking rails, I noticed if the car already has one side lifted on two jack stands on one side, then when you lift the other side the car "rocks" the jack stands on the floor as you lift the second side by almost half a centimeter. That almost made me shit myself. Now I only lift left or right, one at a time. How do I stop that from happening?

That's odd that ford would spend money on bolts that do nothing.
