05/27 - Track Day @ The FIRM

Anyone know where I can get a decent 24' enclosed hauler around Pinellas? Been to O'dells and Express so far and being that I want a Black V-Nose with A/C if I get one from them it will have to be ordered and thy're 5-6 weeks out... Most of the ones I can find in stock are all White. There's a place out in Tampa with some but I need to take a trip out and see what they have in stock. Also not sure about the quality of those trailers.

I'm going to see the Blue Man Group on 5/3 then a Dancing Show the next weekend after that! The wife's gonna owe me some track time......... addle:

So Saturday has turned into a half-day, morning session. We are having the "Exotic Car Experience" in the afternoon for some (management decision) reason. :shrug: Sunday will be a regular full day.

I'll be there for both, but I'm not going through the hassle on Saturday for the Mustang; I'll play with the Miata and probably bring the Mustang on Sunday.

Or maybe I'll just rent a Hertz Shelby like these guys from NY did yesterday (this is the second time this Hertz Shelby has shown up at the track).

I am registered for Sat. Should be fun

Anyone besides Jim coming? I think I have just enough brake pad and tires left for a couple morning sessions so a half day may work out well.

I will probably be at AMP this weekend - since Camp Steeda was rescheduled. There is a Mustang club event there. Will be nice to be on track with cars other than Miatas. In fact, I hope to not hear the wailing bee swarm sound of one all day. Will probably be the last track day my current Conti tires can take... we'll see.
