That would be a nice surprise, although I doubt they are very light at 19" -- would likely benefit more from a lightweight 18" wheel for the track. For the street though, I wouldn't complain!

Good question. I would think that the GT with Performance Pack would also get two gauges -- an oil pressure gauge and some other gauge in place of the turbo's boost gauge. Oil temp would be nice. Or perhaps cylinder head temp?

Oil pressure and oil temp make sense.
