You need to get out of that thing before the warranty is up. The auto transmissions in the Focus and Fiesta use a dry double clutch system that will require replacement at significant cost or effort to you. Literally just do a google search for "Ford Focus transmission." Consumer Report's annual survey shows the Focus as the least reliable car in the compact market (by a statistically significant margin) for this reason alone. MT versions do not have this problem (obviously). Just want to give you a heads-up man. Good luck.

13-14 mpg? I'm averaging 21 mpg mostly highway on my way to work, but a lot of stop and go traffic in my area. And traffic on the highway a lot. And I'm not babying it either. I floor it every time I get the chance. :ford:
13 is crappy. 21 is still crappy.
