Added a Ecliptech ShiftP2 for the track.

Added this for the track but it's awesome as a daily driver as well for those moments of getting on it. This unit is highly adjustable and has unique settings which I would invite you to see from their website video (https://ecliptech.com.au). It is easy to turn off if you end up not wanting it going off when ever you hit your programmed zone. There is no missing this light where I have it and it's a welcome addition. I've set my start value at 3000 with a shift flash at 7200. Seeing the first light come on let's me know I'm right at the set point of the power band with the most room to go.
