Just get rid of the dumb MyColor thing anyway (and the high school kid-boner-inducing pony-shaped puddle lights) and revert that money into a better chassis (like rear lower control arms that aren't made of powdered recycled generic pop cans so that a true coilover back there is a viable option) or less driveline clunk or maybe a Tremec instead of the MT82. Or body panel fitment. Or... you know... a lower price.
Don't think you're getting all that for the price of a puddle lamp ;)

The glare from the headlight switch onto the drivers window. Drives me nuts.
Also another thing that bugs me and it's soooo stupid is the rev needle covers the headlight symbol. There is so much space to put it somewhere else but they put it where it can be blocked.

open up the boot.. Do you have a black braided wiring harness from the body to the boot? it just flops around inside the car when the boot is closed. Most cars have this encased in rubber and when the boot is closed the wiring harness folds flat into the drainage gutters round the boot along with the hinges. What we have looks like an 80's TVR.
No?
I need to check tonight
did check, nope no cables or anything in the boot

1) Noise. Not enough for a muscle car.
2) Angle of passenger wing mirror is pretty bad
3) Wing mirrors are like "i'm folding... honestly, watch this... ... ... see it?"
4) Sync randomly refuses to work with 'next track' on the steering controls
5) DRLs
6) It is an attention magnet :headbang:
7) P-Zeros
8) Being able to enter postcodes into the sat-nav
9) The windows both going down when washing the car with keys in pocket
10) Can't think of one, but a list of 10 looks good!

That said, would I swap it? Would I fcuk. :first:

^ #8 really fucks me RIGHT off, there's a button to get all the postcodes next to it, but doesn't help at all. Amount of times i've just thought 'Fuck it get my phone' and used that /Facepalm.

#2 Wing mirror angles are fine to see everything from?

#8 What's the problem with entering postcodes? I enter them fine on mine

#2 aye for me at 6ft. My wife can hardly see anything out of the passenger wing mirror as it won't angle enough

#8 do tell! I have to enter street and number ALL THE TIME. Useless if you want to try finding somewhere quick, or heaven forbid a place.

I'm with you on the stupid placing of the main beam warning light. In bright sun the parcel shelf reflects in the rear windscreen making it look dusty. With oblique sun over your right shoulder reflections off the cowl makes it hard to see the speedo.
You can enter postcodes directly into the sat nav. Took me a time to find how by accident.

Say you are entering NN12 8TN

Click on Postcode
Click on ABC
ENTER NN
Click on 123
ENTER 12
SPACE
ENTER 8
Click on ABC
ENTER TN

It will then find the entered postcode and give you the street name to choose, street number and away you go.

I would say the paint-job, I'm quite disappointed how thin and sensitive this paint is...

Is no one bothered by the door handles? They are plastic and fairly flexible.

I think for the value of the car we have all taken these niggles in our stride.

Would you have still purchased the mustang if it was £5K, £7.5K or £10K more. With the money making it more refined?

£5k - yes
£7.5k - probably
£10k - maybe not

I'm happier with the price I paid and the option to improve what I choose. Most of this stuff doesn't bother me.
