Does anyone keep a small cleaning kit in their car for bugs, bird crap and sap?

If so, what do you use?

Thanks

detailing spray...any of the commercial concoctions and a MF
I searched detailing sprays online and on Autogeek they say detailing sprays are "a dying breed" and to use a rinseless wash (Optimum No Rinse seems to be the most liked). I have no experience with either but...thoughts?

Thanks

I've been told by my professional car cleaner to only use clear water with microfiber cloth for bird shit. Simple and inexpensive.

Just get Meguiar's Quick Detailer - it's available literally everywhere and works well. Don't overthink this, you just use it to remove crap after all. I carry it + microfiber cloth in the trunk.

I have bird crap on my car almost daily,
This is the best I have found, especially for dried crap.

And it smells minty fresh.

I carry a small bottle of Adams Detail spray and a micro-fiber cloth easy peasy.

I agree; don't overthink this. I, too, use Meguiar's Ultimate Quick Detailer and I find it to be outstanding--I keep a bottle in my trunk at all times, along with a microfiber application cloth and a microfiber polishing cloth.

seafoam bug b gone is the best bug/tar/poo removed i've ever used.

and remember a rinseless wash still requires a bucket of water to apply.

Can't go wrong with a detail spray. Spray the bird crap liberally, let soak, then use a microfiber towel to wipe it away, in one direction. Repeat steps if necessary!

Anyone has experience with ARMORALL Insect Remover? I also have a ceramic coating (McKee's 37), but still it's not a bad idea to use a bug remover solution.

ONR can be diluted for numerous uses. I have a 16 oz spray bottle with 1 oz of ONR then top up with water for a bird poop quick detailer. Here are their ratios (remember there are 128 oz in a gallon so you can break it down to smaller amounts. ex. QD says 8 oz per gal so 8/128= 1 oz per 16 oz or you can use .25 oz per 16 oz for clay lube))

1:16 (8 oz per gallon) for QD

1:64 (2 oz per gallon) for clay lube

1:256 (1 oz for 2 gallons) for rinseless wash

1:512 (1 oz for 4 gallons) as a water softener
