Up for grabs, great condition lightly used exhaust system. Sounds amazing on the ecoboost mustang. Has approximately 3k miles on it but as you can see in photos in really great condition. Local pickup only, South Florida.

If I have the street series magnaflow system can I simply switch out the axle back portion with these?

If it's an axle back, then yes it would be a simple swap. If it's a catback it would would require cutting the exhaust pipe near the rear section. It's simple either way.
