So what's the verdict between unleashed and mpt ..... unleashed idle cruising was high 14s to 15.2 and mpt is pretty much like stock at 14 but on the flip side I got better 0-60 with unleashed than mpt
Idle/cruise you do not need excessive fuel as stoich is 14.7:1. 13's in idle/cruise is too much fuel. The stock tune is not optimal for performance by any means. That is why tuned vehicles get better MPG usually. Fuel is added where needed and removed where not needed.

As long it's idle/cruise. Not WOT. You don't need to have excessive fuel all the time. 14.7:1 Idle/Cruise is stoichiometric (atmospheric pressure). In idle/cruise you want to be as close to 14.7:1 as possible. Ford is super conservative and runs these cars overly rich from the factory (as all manufacturers do). That does not make it right for optimization, performance, or safety when mods start going on.

If you worry about 14.7 AFR during cruise/idle you can ask Torrie to leave at 13.9-14.0(stock). That's what I asked him to do on my GT flex fuel tune. He is a great tuner and will work with you to squeeze every bit of power in safely manners.

Your question has been answered. 14.7:1ish is not only safe for idle/cruise it is the goal/standard. You can't argue against atmospheric pressure. If that doesn't float your boat you can always ask Torrie to adjust it to the stock settings in idle/cruise as Artem stated. I would stick with what's giving you the better 0-60s. An unsafe tune would not give you better times period, only headaches and problems. If it's netting you better times, traps, and driveability it's doing its job.
