3M gloss white vinyl stripes, suggested cleaner?

Just curious if anybody is dealing with bright white gloss 3M vinyl stripes, and the gradual greying and water spot buildup.

If you've already got staining like that, it might be too late. But a good strip wash, followed by a detail-spray drying, and then at least a good coat of pure wax (none of that cleaner-wax shit) if not a protectant underneath before the wax will help the longevity and might restore some of the original quality.
