Polished and waxed hood

Worked on my hood today. It had a bunch of halos and fine scratches from when it was in the body shop. They didn't do a great job polishing it after paint. So, I got out the random orbital and went to work. Three rounds of polish then wax!

Wow! Nice work!

I wish I had the balls to try a polish on a DA buffer!

You almost have to TRY and burn paint on a DA buffer. Trust me, you won't hurt your car if you have even the faintest idea how to polish. Go for it!
