Keep in mind the gt350 has an intake that sacrifices tq for higher hp.

I really think that the GT will be a major contender next year, if ford does it right it will be a drivers race on the track and strip against a camaro and just the strip againt the challenger (already beats the challenget on the track)

I am betting a 2.57 lap at vir and a 12.3 quarter

A Ford rep confirmed it in this interview. He talks about the transmissions at 2:45.

Very informative without specific numbers ty. Def higher HP and TQ, with better low end delivery of torque with new transmission, better aerodynamics, keeping MPG about the same if not a little better. So nothing north of 500 hp (of course) and 0-60's in the 4's. They are 4.6 right now right? So likely about 4.2-4.4 with 470-480 HP with 450 lbsq. Almost convinced.

It's already a driver's race.
