Agree with the OP, they're body shop is pathetic, for service and for quality. I'm friends with the regional MD now though, so I've not got any real issues anymore.

Are you going to take up their offer of free servicing? I'd rather have free mods that I would get AM to fit, lol!

I think one of the most annoying parts of yesterday was dropping the car off where I was made to feel like a complete inconvenience to them. I'm old enough and ugly enough deal with that and not let it bother me but it's not a standard of service I would ever expect.

Yeah for sure im taking them up on the services . Ive done quite a few mods and the only ones left i want are a supercharger (when warranties out) and rear lights tinted red ! Pain in the arse trying to find somebody round here that will do the tints though!

Just waiting for [MENTION=27831]Gloucesternige[/MENTION] to report back on his spraying of the rear lenses as to be honest id prefer mine sprayed .
