What gets me is people who have low millage cars that they've owned for over a year and brag about it like it's some sort of trophy. No, you've just been missing out on getting some seat time behind an awesome car. I've done it all in my car. Track, drag, mountain cruises, commuting and shows. It does them them all very well.
This!

They aren't rare or special either (exception gt350) so not sure what they are being saved for! You're just missing out!

Delivered May 7200km (~4500mi). Drive it to work everyday but my commute is not far.

1 year 7.5k miles.

She's a daily driver. Rain, Snow and whatever. Work is only 10 minutes away so thats why it's only 7.5k miles in a year.

Less than 4 months and I have 17k miles...

I think I may win this one! :first: I win dimished value and more repairs needed sooner.

It's my DD for work commute and many, many road trips. Can't keep myself out of the car.

i bought my car with 11,700 miles on it in july 2016, i have 30,500 on it currently, i drive a total of about 17.5k a year for work so i bought a "daily" bagged 07 GLI with 95k miles in november of 2016 (it was more of an excuse i told my gf to have 2 cars because i like VW a lot and missed my GTI so i got the DSG trans so she could drive it) but anyway, the daily driver part didnt work out so well as last year i drove a total of about 27k miles 17,000 i put on the GT and 10,000 were on the GLI  never understood how people can pay all that money for a car and never drive it

For anyone that cares at 100k miles my GLI ran a 14.7 @ 95mph on airlift suspension, cheap 100 dollar tires, without a lauch (just mashed the gas in "sport" mode), only mods being a catless downpipe and intake with no tune, and i lost to a stage 3 focus st by only .5 seconds:lol:

6800 miles, 4 months in. The car was a daily for about 2 months, and my daily commute is 75 miles, i also took a 1500 mile road trip in the car.

Now I have two more cars (a toyota beater and a nissan rogue SUV), and the mustang sees maybe 75-100 miles a week. I like it this way - makes me look forward to getting in it, and really appreciating its performance and keeping it pristine ish for a while.

With Southern California weather I'd be putting those miles down too. Iv'e been here since 8/7, no rain where I'm at (Santa Fe Springs). I got my 16 new (64 miles after my test drive) last Thanksgiving, roughly 9,2xx miles as a daily driver.

Bought in June '15 @ ~92miles; Currently sitting at 75,500 (~3000/month). Still puttin' along like a champ. :D
Nice. Any services issues in that duration aside from regular maintenance?

That's what I commute. Thats how a racked up probably 3000-4000 of my miles on my GT. For the days I want to drive it to work which is 1 to 2 times a week sometimes. So that's 100+ miles a pop.

I had 2300 miles on mine the first week I had it. Bought it for my birthday, then traveled down to Folly beach for the week to celebrate. Currently has 10,100 miles on it a year and 3 months later.
