Will they be limiting the production of the R? Or will they make as many as people order like the GT500?

Ha, I'm an idiot. Completely missed "Magneride" in the Tech Package list. :headbonk::headbonk::headbonk:

Also wondering: Since Ford apparently isn't going to offer any alternative factory wheel options for the standard GT350 (besides black), is it likely that Ford Racing or Shelby American will offer alternative choices of the same weight and stiffness but in non-black versions?

Man, they need an electronics package for the 900A (GT350). I fear that Technology package is gonna be pricey! :(

CCB up front on the R. Combine that with CF wheels and I think we're looking at a Z/28 price easy.

I'll be quite content with a stripper 350, thank you.

So say you get the standard GT350 with the Technology Package. How much do you think it would cost to add the oil cooler, transmission cooler, and differential cooler (All OEM) as post-title mods?

Who knows if Ford or Ford Racing will offer these parts separately. Time will tell. I'd imagine the OEM parts would sell for a premium over the aftermarket ones, so if you search prices for the aftermarket coolers you can give yourself an idea of what it would cost at a minimum.

As far as the wheels go, I wouldn't limit your search to only Ford or Shelby. There will be plenty of lightweight, strong wheel options out there that will clear the brakes. We'll just have to wait to get some fitment specs.

I'll take a GT350 with track package and call it day. I'll do the light weight stuff myself =P

Just noticed that it specifies Sync3. I wonder if that means all 2016 Mustangs will be available with the new Sync

I sure hope so! I've decided not to buy a mustang unless it has Sync 3. Was super happy to see that it looks like the GT350 will!

I haven't seen if this was posted or not - enjoy.

Keep in mind 900A = GT350 and 920A = GT350R. Also it says this is a 2015 model, which is incorrect (suppose to be 2016)

I'm pretty disappointed that you can't do track + tech...:-( though really all I care about is satellite radio and I can get that added later...

No track plus tech on the GT350 sure makes you lean to a R with the electronic.

1) If I had an extra 15K to spare
2) If it wasn't going to be a DD...I am prone to slamming wheels into curbs...I would break down and cry if that happened with Carbon Fiber rims...

2), you and me both especially when I'm trying to hug the curb to avoid a door ding.
