remove horn emblem?

sorry if this has been covered, no hits on my searches....I have a roush decal that is a thin piece of a "tin" with adhesive on back, it will not stick on there properly with the mustang emblem on it...can the emblem be removed or remove the air bag and "grind" it down with a dremel?...also, putting this piece of tin on there am i risking bodily injury if the airbag deploys?..thanks everybody
