BMR's "CB005" S550 IRS Cradle Bushing Lockout Kit - PICS & INFO!

Figured I would share with you guys, some success from these CB005 kits.

On my personal car well over a year ago, I was driving a few hours down to the track and clicking off 1.2X sixty foot times with this CB005 Kit (stock front struts, and no rear sway bar!..lol) and that was at a regular ole test and tune event with everything from volvos, to minivans, to lifted mud trucks racing.

Here is some wheelie action with the CB005:

Sheldon Lewis of SPR, has also done really well with the CB005 and BMR Springs - also with stock front struts, and his car had stock rear sway bar.

Here is his car going 8's. LEGIT streetcar here folks! (1.31 sixties like a bracket car too!)

Probably a dumb question as I am new to the S550 platform, can you use the J&M jacking rails with the CB005?
Also, should I purchase the J&M subframe alignment bushings as well?

Yes. The CB005 does not interfere with any of the available rails.

To follow up on the performances above with our CB005 Cradle Lockout Kit...I wanted to share some additional cars with the CB005 as well!

Thanks to those of you using our CB005, this BMR product has become one of the most popular "go to" first mods for the S550 platform!

For anyone who installed the kit when I'm supposed to jack up the cradle to loosen all bolts does that mean jack right under the springs or under the differential?

If you use a jack, just place it under the pinion flange.

When I install them, I do not use a jack. I loosely install everything a side at a time and then tighten it all up. Takes me about 20 minutes now. :cheers:

So I can just keep the suspension loose when I put the car on Jack stands and i can install everything too?

Had them on my GT, loved the kit, only better upgrade I had over them performance wise was the BMR springs. Been slacking on getting a set for the 350.

They were super helpful on the phone, for some reason I had issues placing the order online... sometimes actually talking with someone is the better choice than an online order. They did tell me that as soon as they get a shipment of the CB005s in stock, they can't keep them on the shelves. I can't wait to try them out.
