But a V-rod is pretty smooth until the 8,800 RPM cutoff. ;)

Oh yeah? Never ridden one but I do like that bike. I keep reading how HD messed up the designed-by-Porsche engine to make it "look Harley".

That's a nice power cruiser for sure and the MG I have likewise that is under the radar for being so new.

And get this, it comes standard with ABS, traction control, Brembo brakes, cruise control, 3 throttle modes, and shaft drive. It's quite the deal actually.

1 annoying this is why Quido in Italy decided that 45 seconds is the appropriate time for the self-cancelling turn signal to turn off. :headbonk:

You know, I wanted a fast cruiser that was unique in it's own way and not another Harley look-a-like and without the Harley "image" as I don't fit that mould (no disrespect).

This was the 2014 Cruiser of the Year and I can't give it enough props. Love it! Sounds fantastic too with the Agostini pipes w/ db killer in.

That Guzzi 1400 is sick. If I were to get a cruiser, that'd be it. Here's my bike.

Both nice bikes ^ here.

I thought about a Street Triple (although yours is a Speed) as well as an FZ09 and then FZ07 but in the end being in my early 50's meant a more upright seating position was preferred.

One thing my Guzzi can't do that well is tour long distances and that Street Glide has that covered quite nicely.

2014 Moto Guzzi California Custom 1400 ... never ridden a v-twin as smooth as this one that'll rev to 7k and not vibrate your hands off.
Ever tried any of the Ducatis? lol

Here's my 2.

I was thinking about the Ducati Scrambler as a 2nd bike but that was before the Mustang ... no room in the garage or $ for all that lol.
