tuner is Rob Shoemaker, he has several impressive 350s including one at 830 to the wheels with 93 but it has a build bottom end. I think he has a d1 running 813 with stock block also. He has done a couple vortechs also. Mitchell's car was lund tuned but he went to rob and is much happier now.

This is giving me more confidence to eventuality slap a SC or Twin turbo set up on my ride. Thats some major power.

He is a really nice guy, he knows full well he will soon be into a new clutch, and expects to build the motor at some point, probably even bump up the head unit. You will start seeing him at some mile events shortly I expect.

Even at 10 psi and e85 with that head unit he was over 450 TQ at the wheels @3k rpm. maxing at 830hp to the wheels.

The car is mine and lol yes my little boy was riding in the passenger seat for the pulls. He absolutely loved it! Don't worry he did have on ear protection.
My son loves my car as well. Nice ride and enjoy it. Keep us posted, I'm contemplating going twin turbo, but unsure of the life span of our engines due to FI. I'm curious to see how yours does.

With upgraded oil pump gears and crank gear they are very strong engines. One of the best Ford has ever built, all forged internals. I've beat on mine every day of it's life and over half of that was procharged. Turbos are great and add more tq, honestly in my opinion though this car is just better with a centri blower, the tq comes on steady and is very controllable and power just builds and builds, similar to the stock power band. Like I said though turbos are great too and it's really all about what you want to do with the car.

lol @ the kid in the passenger seat. Is the car lowered too? I know they got guys sitting in the trunk but even the front looks nice and low.
Well, it was strapped down. And I bet they tightened those straps big time knowing how much power it was going to make.

not sure depends on if you re-balance crank, and what rods and pistons you go with for final CR. Mike had his built because he had not done the OPG/CG and it went tits up and caused some damage. He needed to have a head repaired also so while they were in there he just decided to build it for more boost also along with OPG and crank gear etc.

with the lower CR he has maxed out the P1 at 830RWHP. He will need a bigger head unit to go higher and more fuel.

How much do new bottom ends cost?
I think a new stock FPC 5.2 shortblock is now around $6500. I think there might have been a core as well....don't remember.
