He was probably a 2018 basher that went and got trashed once he found out the 2018 is quicker than his 15-17.

SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN BEHIND THE WHEEL

"Houston police told ABC13 that a breathalyzer proved Ash was under the influence. He is charged with a felony DWI -- his third driving while intoxicated offense."

While i was reading the responses from people on here playing devils advocate all I could think is, this guy deserves no mercy or respect. Then I saw your beautiful post. I also can't believe it's his 3rd dui.

Thanks

Pretty sure he was actually an old New Edge 4.0L owner who quite literally got drunk with power after driving a V8.

I didn't know they came with a 4.0.. I thought that made it's debut in the 2005?

Its a base ecoboost pp! Look at the black flower wheels.
Possible he bought the wheels as take-offs, and this really is a GT. Either way, this dude belongs in jail, no excuse for putting people under this much danger.

I get the jest, but there is a bigger issue here and that is what should or should not be posted. I'm not the moral police but this persons life was just wrecked and very would could be by a factor of 10 depending on who sees this. I don't believe that is your intent but still.

Lots of things to consider before you engage in a citizens arrest. My advice, not that you asked, is to call 911 and say the driver is endangering others. Explain the severity, if they hit anything, etc. They will dispatch someone quicker if need be. Ask the 911 dispatcher if they need you to follow or advise. Also be aware of who is with you before you engage further. Endangering oneself is one thing, others is another story.

I was almost taken out by a drunk driver. 81 year old lady still driving, drunk has a skunk, wrong way. 911 call later, explained make, model, part plate, severity of issue (wrong way), and they had a car on scene within a few minutes. She drove a good mile and a half on the wrong side honking like there was no tomorrow.

Anyway - I'd say maybe it is a good idea to take the video down or edit it to remove some personal information (plates has one example). But that is just me. I very well could be so far wrong it isn't funny but that is how I see it.
Totally agree he should not have posted or went to that car.....could have ended really bad.

It has an ecoboost grille on it as well. Doubt he swapped the wheels and grille from his GT for eco parts. The real crime here is he put 5.0 badges on!!
But in all honesty everyone around is very lucky that he didnt hurt them and the people who followed him did the right thing. Its amazing some people can be so careless and selfish.
