the 24th came and went and still not able to order an 18, my dealer said he was told by his rep that there is still no scheduled date for 18 orders and production yet. what are you guys hearing?

The dealer in which I'm waiting to see if they get an r allocation tells me we are close (any day). Hopefully it will soon.

my bet is not very soon unfortunately. hope to actually get mine by january

With the focus being on getting the 2018 built and to dealers they will take priority. With '18 production starting near the end of the year it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they didn't produce any 350's until the first of next year. My 2017 R isn't due to be built until mid September.

Now that is a long production year if your 2017 R does not get built until mid September 2017!

In my case I had a VOC on April 27, 2016 for my 2017 R with the assembly starting on June 3rd, 2016 and with me taking possession of "HR019" in early July 2016.

Hopefully your R model will be built before mid September and if not 15 months has to be a record for a single MY production date run for any Mustang no matter what generation it is!
