if you want a strictly straight line car, a built TH400 and gear vendors would make a sweet setup. if youre shooting for 12-1300whp then a built 6r80 would be fun still.

Hopefully i'll be noth a few hounded hp from that estimate. 35psi max if all goes well.

I know autos are faster, but IMHO manuals are more fun on a daily basis and harder to get down the track consistently = more fun but frustrating for me.

I guess I could sell all my 6060 setup as a kit, but then i'll have to research the whole auto thing. IDK decisions decisions.:confused:

Also yea pretty much only 1/2 and 1 mile events. Some 1/4 and lightly street driven on nice days or when money is to be made in mexico.

at 35psi on a coyote...the 6r80s days are numbered.

TH400 and Gear Vendors overdrive. should serve you well.

cost money to go fast, fam.:cheers:

the 6 speed would be fun and you already have it, but youre gonna be :frusty: with it.

boostworks has already done what youre wanting to do, and they went twins and TH400.

one of my friends with a BUILT 14 TT car went turboglide and gear vendors and he will drive it on the street. 1XXX HP car.

Hey let me know if you sell the CJ Intake separately. Did you ever get to a dyno and see what gains you got with it?
Yes and no lol. Before intake I did 677/560 on a Mustang Dyno. 93 with Octanium

After I did 701/570 on a Dyno Jet. 93
Both SAE #'s and @ 12psi

Also my dumbass broke the rubber coupler going from the plastic tube of the intake to the throttle body. :doh:

So always loosen the intake before pulling the trans. Happened on my last clutch swap.
