I have the scoop and just wrapped up a full day at MSR Cresson this past weekend. 75 degrees and sunny, perfect days. 4 sessions and hit limp mode every time at about the 12 min mark. Extremely frustrating to have such a potentially capable car just hang up it's gloves half way through the fight. With so many posts on the subject I'm honestly at a loss as to what the solution is. Certainly not going to spend several K on a new tranny.

The Shelby hype was it was going to reduce transmission temp by 50 degrees, that should have been plenty to keep from going limp, unless the temps are so high that 50 degrees wasn't enough, but that sounds super high.
Also Shelby said that they were developing a solution that was gonna be better than track and R, guess they failed on both accounts.
Guess u get what u paid for, 200 bucks was too good to be true for the solution.
