i like this set-up, but is this 25m on the back?
Hey Larry,

It's a personal preference. I wanted rear flush. I think if that's your preference, then 20mm all the way for our rims. Fronts may be a little tucked. Not sure yet.

If you aren't in a hurry, I will be lowering my car in 4-6 weeks or after the snow goes (whichever happens first). And then I and everyone else on this forum will know if 20mm is indeed the way to go. :D

25MM all the way around. The poke is so slight it looks flush unless you really look for it

Yours looks spot on! How much camber do you have in the rear -2*? That's what I have and only the bulge of the tire pokes.

I took it for alignment after I lowered it and never asked them w hat it was set at bet its the same as yours as the bulge of the tire is the only poke too and I love the look

Cheers Derek
Got her booked in for a service on the 30th March and getting the wheel calipers painted Red so makes sense to get them done at the same time. Think 25m all round looks the business, think that is what i will aim for
should have had these mud guards off of you, would have been complete then :D
its her birthday on the 21st of March, so some very expensive birthday pressies for her

For those running PP wheels, Motorsport Tech makes a 23mm for the rear, still clears the lugs, but tucks the wheel in just a _tad_ more.

What makes theirs fit without trimming the studs??

Man this sucks for me. I purchased 20 and 15mm eibachs. Sent the 15 back because they were slip on with extended studs and was told it's because 15 was too narrow. Payed return shipping and exchanged for another set of 20mm which I find is STILL too narrow. Looks like the website I ordered from needs to include a note about this or not sell them under the S550 (as Steeda does.) LethalPerformance

Edit: I see the 23mm fits cause it's the minimum.

In my case, the pockets in the wheels are deeper than others (I have a GT/CS) and my 20mm fit without any issues.

Some are using a drill and deepening the pockets in their rims to fit the "thinner" spacers. I am not condoning or opposing this, I am just relaying information..

We are running the stock P255 / 40 - 19 on the stock Dark Stainless Premium rims with 25mm spacers added. Before and after pic comparison is located at post #73 & #74. A video comparison for the front is at post #83. http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74739&page=5
My wife only wanted her spacers installed on the rear tires and mine is placed on all four corners. I like the look of mine now but I'm not sure whether the front spacers will stay on my car or not. I was forced to go through dirty water and noticed mud spots on my side scoops, glad it wasn't rocks. Considering putting splash guards now.
Lots of talk, pros, cons about splash guards. I am running the ZL1 originals and have had ZERO issues. Without really looking or telling someone the flaps are installed, you would never notice them.... Just the way I wanted it.:D

Here is a look of 20mm spacers and ZL1 flaps.....

Anyone autox or track with spacers on? Just installed my Adaptec today. 23mm all around. Very tight fit to the hub and had to use lube, but this is good. Waited 2 weeks for build and "QC," but had some metal shards on left on the product. Everything else was well.
