Just finishing up tuning on the GT. We've spent the last few days working on drive-ability and load cell tuning. After some tweaking, we've managed to squeeze 675whp and 602wtq out of our base model Automatic GT at 8.5psi. This is on 93 octane, with an otherwise stock engine. Timing is at a conservative 15.5-16 degrees. The only other mods the car has is a set of Corsa mufflers with 3" piping.

This is our base kit, which will cost in the 6-7K range and be capable of making over 1000hp right out of the box. As you can see we manage to make a pretty nasty TQ curve. The turbo's come on hard at around 32-3300rpm. 600wtq @ around 3800-3900rpm makes for a very fun car to drive!

Goofing off on the stock Pirelli's.. https://www.instagram.com/p/BDkR1I-JQAj/?taken-by=boost_works

Car has no traction at all. lol.. Going to switch to Toyo R888's tomorrow, and will do shake-down runs at the Texas Mile this weekend. :)

Outstanding. I will be seriously considering this kit for my 6R80 GT when I'm ready to go forced induction.

Travis, could you please add the components (Turbo size & model(oil-less or oil pump), ball bearing or journal bearing, boost controller), if WG dumped outside or routed to exhust and etc. to the first post, so we get an idea what were used to get those numbers.

The turbos are 6262's from Comp. They're oil-less, but aren't really broken in yet. The assembly grease takes about 100 miles or so to really get thin and loose. So the transient response Will be a little quicker once broken in. A/R is .63.

Our base kit will come with Precision Billet 6262's, which will perform the same as the Comp's, but will include a scavenge pump. So, same size and numbers.. Just different brands.

This is with waste gates dumped externally. This is how out base kit will come. Recirc will be an option. We're trying to remain as flexible as possible.

Thanks!
quick question: Is the 55mm smaller than 6262 and offers a quicker boost? Is that size recommended with this kit to stay in 7lb of boost?
